He specializes in recreational land and timber buying & selling, investment properties, hunting land, and finding the perfect piece of land for your primary or secondary dream home or outdoor get away.

Eric obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Finance and Investments from the University of Alabama and then went on to received his real estate license years later. As a commercial loan officer for a large regional bank then later as a real estate appraiser & developer, he became an expert in current financial options, local & national markets, and the subtle art of negotiating property purchases. Earning the Graduate Realtor Institute designation, Eric gained more in-depth knowledge on technical subjects as well as the fundamentals of real estate. As an experienced real estate agent, Eric understands the complexities of buying & selling land, and views representation & guidance of his clients through the entire process as a true privilege.
